The WEC held its last event ever last week at the Jobing.com Arena and it was incredible. The thrills were marvelous.

They’re just pre-season games right now, but that is not stopping fans from getting behind their Cards again, for what may be another stellar season.

Arizona Theme Day: Water

This is the absolute perfect theme day for the middle of summer. With all the heat cooking eggs on sidewalks, what better way to cool off than our precious water?

Even sitting next to it is a breath of fresh air. That’s just what the little family and I did at sunset yesterday at the Westgate City Center. While Bon Jovi crooned over the speakers, the hydromechanics did their work. Not quite like I was in Vegas (not nearly as much neon), but close.

I had to put a pic of Tortilla in there! He loved all the smells; I just wanted him to get used to the water to make bathtime easier.
